Treble – Everton vs. Arsenal (Saturday), Girona vs. Valencia (Sunday) & Barcelona vs. Sevilla (Sunday) – Everton, Girona & Sevilla all to have over 1.5 offsides – 3.75 @ Unibet
It’s not the weekend anymore without an offside treble! Familiar readers of the article will know we landed an offside treble last week & aim to take advantage again.
Everton offsides don’t jump out but Sean Dyche teams do. Burnley had the most offsides under Dyche in the league 3 years on the run until relegation. Everton have still managed 2+ in last two games. That coupled with Arsenal catching teams offside the most avg 2.74 in the league & 2+ landed in 8 of last 10 games means I’m happy to put them in.
Girona avg 2.74 p/g & 2+ landed in 8 of last 10 games against a Valencia side who opponents avg 2.16 p/g & 2+ landed in 6 of last 10. New manager does potentially change things but they caught Real Madrid offside 3 times in his 1st game Thursday night.
Finally Sevilla avg 2.79 p/g & 2+ landed in 3 of last 5 games while Barcelona opposition avg 2.89 & 2+ landed in 4 of last 5 games

Sassuolo vs. Atalanta – IceTips
Bet: Ademola Lookman to score – 2.60 @ Bet365
Feel this price is too high for one of Serie A most in-form striker for goals against a side that hasn’t kept a clean sheet in the league in 12 matches (and 16 if you count the winter break friendlies). Atalanta played a cup match this week vs. Inter and Lookman started on the bench (played 36 mins) so Gasperini’s focus must be on Serie A. Lookman also scored in the reverse when Atalanta won 2-1.

Manchester United vs. Crystal Palace – Stephen
Bet: Tyrell Malacia to commit 2+ fouls – 2.45 @ Unibet
When given the start, Malacia doesn’t hold back really, stats in the above image represents full 90 minutes played. Last 10 starts have been 1,2,4,3,3,1,3,1,2,4 in all competitions. His competitor Luke Shaw played full 90 minutes vs. Nottm Forest midweek so Malacia is definitely in contention to be in the starting XI.

Brighton vs. Bournemouth – IceTips
Bet: Over 2.5,3.0 goal line – 1.930 @ Bet365
The AMEX is a very fun place to be right now and Seagulls supporters are loving life with Roberto de Zerbi. Their fluid and free flowing attacking minded football has resulted in Brighton’s matches being packed with entertainment and goals – which is convenient for the angle I’m playing here. Bournemouth have been like a sieve in the league this season and the Cherries did strengthen their squad significantly during the transfer window in order to score some as opposed to conceding them.

Wolves vs. Liverpool – Billy Bets
Bet: Max Kilman & Nathan Collins passing ladders: 50+ passes each @ 2.1 / 55+ passes each @ 3.0 / 60+passes each @ 4.33 / 65+ passes each @ 6.5 via Ladbrokes/Coral
This isn’t the Liverpool of old. Klopp has spoken of compactness a lot last few weeks & I’ve noticed how they don’t press as much allowing CB the ball dropping off into midfield to make it difficult to play through them. CB v Liverpool last 4 games passes: 100 & 98 (Webster 53/Veltman 45) 85, 90, 54 3 at the back 117 & 102 94 & 87
Note the 117 and 102 was Wolves at Molyneux in the cup game with Collins 102 & 3rd choice Gomes 102. In the cup first game at Anfield Collins 45 & Gomes 43. Wolves are trying to play out more under their new manager & Kilman had 67 & Collins 66 at the Ethiad last week v Man City. Their numbers are decent & only dip off against more aggressive sides at home like Arsenal & Brighton. If Liverpool manage to take the lead then I think every line wins but even without that I like the chances

Auxerre vs. Reims – IceTips
Bet: Folarin Balogun to score anytime – 2.87 @ Bet365
Similar thinking to the Lookman selection above. Balogun is in fine form and Auxerre are dire, having conceded goals 8 matches in a row and 9 of their last 10 – that 10th match being the reverse fixture where the Arsenal loanee banged a goal in. Confidence surely high after securing Reims a draw vs. PSG away from home and annihilating Lorient midweek with a superb comeback hat-trick.

Lorient vs. Angers – Matthew O’Regan
Bet: Over 2.5 goals – 2.0 @ Bet365
It’s a clash between the top two sides in the league for over 2.5 goals and it’s opposing fortunes – Lorient sit 7th trying while Angers are all out of luck, rock bottom and absolutely cannot keep a clean sheet. 8 of the last 10 matches involving Lorient have ended up with over 2.5 goals.

Spezia vs. Napoli – Billy Bets
Bet: Victor Osimhen over 2.5 shots & to score – 2.37 @ Bet365
Osimhen is on fire this season leading the goalscoring charts with 14. This bet has landed in his last 4 games & 5 of his last 6 games. Spezia concede most shots in league overall and at home avg 17 p/g.
