Saturday

Man City vs. Liverpool – Ryan Bets
Bet: Darwin Nunez & Cody Gakpo both to have over 1.5 shots on target – 2.9 @ Bet365

Gakpo shines in the bigger matches and Nunez shoots from everywhere as we surely know. Liverpool will be striving for a result here too in their push for 4th place. Darwin averages 3.8 shots per game in the premier league and Gakpo averages 2.2 shots per game.

Man City vs. Liverpool – JBTBets
Three passing bets: Manuel Akanji under 75.5 passes, Trent Alexander-Arnold under 48.5 passes, Ilkay Gundogan under 43.5 passes – All singles pay 1.83 @ Bet365

No write up but just don’t see this Liverpool giving Man City the ball easy – and vice versa

Luton vs. Watford – Matthew O’Regan
Bet: Each team to receive 20 or more booking points – 1.85 @ William Hill

Watford are major for cards recently – 9 of their last 10 opponents picked this amount of cards/booking points and they themselves have seen this in 8/10. While Watford have fallen a bit down in the table recently they still have an outside shot on making playoffs, whereas Luton sit (un)comfortably 4th aiming to secure the same final position. A fuel on this angle is a local rivalry as well as referee Joshua Smith who’s given 118 cards in 27 matches, an average of 4.3 per match (97 of those in 22 Championship matches, 4.4 on average).

Brighton vs. Brentford – Dochshockey
Bet: Solly March over 1.5 shots & over 0.5 shots on target – 1.90 @ Bet365

RDZ has transformed March into an electric attacker. He’s constantly in good position and can hopefully find the back of the net, which is worth a sprinkle at 3.50 odds.

Freiburg vs. Hertha Berlin – IceTips
Bet: Over 2.5 goals – 2.0 @ Bet365

So, digits might look a bit shaky but I love it for two reasons – at home Freiburg just can’t keep a clean sheet. Hertha manages to find the back of the net easily. The second factor for me is the respective positions teams are in as Freiburg is contesting the continental places while Hertha is fighting for their lives. A bit of back and forth would absolutely not go amiss here, and neither side can afford to go defensive here.

Bournemouth vs. Fulham – IceTips
Bet: Manor Solomon over 0.5 shots on target – 1.83 @ Bet365

Solomon been doing a good impression of Micah Richards in the sense he’s absolutely burst onto the scene for Fulham and has been a good performer for the Cottagers. We’ll see a notable absence in Mitrovic and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Solomon pulling his weight here.

Sunday

Spezia vs. Salernitana – IceTips
Bet: Over 2.0,2.5 goal line – 1.870 @ Bet365

Another one with patchy statistics but again, another one I’m keen on due to League situation. Both are dangerously close to relegation (16th and 17th) and while there is a small cushion to 18th Verona, both sides will be up for a bit of breathing space. At least two goals is 7/10 (Spezia) and 8/10 (Salernitana) and I’m up for taking the chance of a 1/2 loss should they manage only two.

Go Ahead Eagles vs. Ajax – IceTips
Bet: Edson Alvarez over 0.5 shots on target – 2.37 @ Bet365

During the ill-fated reign of Alfred Schreuder, Alvarez was more used in defense than midfield, which is something that John Heitinga has no time for, and we’ve seen Alvarez pushed further up on the pitch. Alvarez also has scored in his last two matches where he’s been at the heart of midfield & with Ajax pushing to keep up with title rivals Feyenoord he’s a decent shout on those odds.

Roma vs. Sampdoria – Ryan Bets
Bet: Both teams to receive 2 cards & over 0 Sampdoria second half cards – 1.80 @ Bet365

Sampdoria top the Serie A for yellow cards this season with 83 which 9 more than the closest opponent. With an antagonising matchup against Roma, I see a fiery affair here with refreee Irrati averaging 5.3 cards per game this season. Roma have also had over 4.5 cards in their last 6 games.
