This week we’re seeing the ever-famous Cheltenham festival taking place and punters across the globe celebrate! A big occasion like this means it’s easy to get carried away – and to help steer you in the right direction we’ve gotten two of our CBKProps contributors Ryan Bets and JBTBets to give us their expert analysis on the days ahead!

2:10 – Maxxum @ 11/2 E/W
Elliot’s first string in this race, and fully expect him to have a right cut at it.
2:50 – Blue Lord @ 6/1 E/W
The improvement of Mullins horses from the Dublin racing festival to now is scary and this boy will turn over Shiskin.
5:30 – Dunboyne @ 7/1 E/W
Has a right good shout for Elliot’s stable who are running well at the moment.
A treble on these pays 330/1
Best selections from Ryan Bets
Ryan mostly plays football and NBA bets and can be found on Twitter – furthermore, Ryan has strong connection to trainers in Ireland where he always hears interesting whispers!
1:30 – Mighty Potter @ 8/11
It’s no secret that Mighty Potter is an unbelievable horse. There’s a lot of pressure on Davy Russell to get a winner here and I think he should deliver no problem. After a convincing showing in Feb at Leopardstown, it would take some run from the field to beat him today. It is a horse not without faults as it can make the odd mistake over the fences but even with mistakes it is a class above the rest in this field.
3:30 – Home By the Lee 17/2
The Stayers race is one tightest race we have today with 4 /5 horses that have a great chance to win it. Home by the lee is my pick for this race as has experience in this race from last year even if it was a disappointing result. They would have learned a lot from this and have improved massively from this time last year. A great win Leopardstown sets him up for a great chance for that elusive Cheltenham win. Look for him to come ROARING down that final straight.
4:50 – Luccia 7/4
As much as I want Magical Zoe to win for Henry De Bromhead in the race named to honour his late son, I think Luccia has too much for the field in this one. Watch for Jockey Nico de Boinville to stay just behind the leading pack to stay out of trouble in this big field and then to make its charge as they turn for the finish. It should have too much in tank for the others and should glide past them with ease. The only questions marks are on her jumping but Trainer Nicky Henderson will have that ironed out going into this weeks festival.
